Dry Compound is a process that involves a dry compound powder that contains detergents and solvents, that are spread over a carpeted area. Using a rotating wet/dry machine, the powder absorbs soil and dirt. This method is best used on water sensitive carpets with dyes that are water soluble or have a shrinkage risk.
Encapsulation uses a very low moisture type of cleaning using a specialised encapsulating cleaner that crystallises stains and dirt for immediate vacuuming. The polymers act like small sponges and trap soil particles and dry them out, so that when they are vacuumed, soil and dirt is easily removed.
Wet Extraction is a hot water extraction carpet cleaning process that uses hot water and detergent with high pressure to successful clean carpets. This process is generally more effective than a standard steam as it penetrates deep into the carpet fibres.

Step 1-Pre-Inspection
Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect the particular areas of your concern, as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you on any possible permanent staining. The fibre type is also determined with a quick test.
Step 2-Commercial Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with a special Turbine Vacuum System to remove bonded dry soil. Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
Step 3-Furniture Moving
Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces, wardrobes, bookcases and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.
Step 4-Pre-Spray and Pre-Spot
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal.
Step 5-Shampoo
Your carpet will be shampooed with a rotary cleaning machine, which will massage the pile as the shampoo, loosens the soil.
Step 6- Rinse & Extract
Once the soil has been loosened and suspended, our warm water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over wet. As we care about your carpets, we ensure that wool carpets are rinsed with warm or hand hot water. Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind.
Step 7-Post-Spot Treatment
If any spots are removed during the cleaning process, speciality-spotting techniques are employed. There may be a charge for this service, if there are a number of specific stains, which require attention. Please note that permanent stains, identified by our technician may not be removed.
Step 8-Post-Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
Step 9-Post-Inspection
Please walk through your home or business to inspect our work . Let us know that you are pleased by signing our service receipt. We will advise of any flaws, or installation defects, stains that may not have responded to treatments or conditions of wear.
Step 10-No-Risk Guarantee
Should there be a problem or are they you are not satisfied with, we will re-clean the area at no extra charge.
